The ENV200-C Clamp on measurement for total suspended solids guarantees a reliable measurement, and also reliable with any type of measuring medium. Unlike other total suspended solids/density meters, the measurement is not affected by pressure, corrosiveness or abrasiveness.
Because the clamp sensor can be mounted outside the pipeline even under flowing conditions, the user does not have to stop the process or take into account the corrosiveness of the liquid.
A Conventional ultrasonic dry matter meter determines the density by varying the amplitude of the reception.
In contrast, ENV200 is able to measure concentration changes in a more advanced way
The system works with the patented EEAM (Envelope Energy Averaging Method), which not only measures the amplitude of the received signals but also observes the shape of the signal.
