Analysis system for the determination of purity of CO2

For a waste incinerator with a CO2 capture installation, we built an analysis system for determining the purity of CO2

Thanks to this solution, CO2 flue gases are captured in waste incinerators. The result? Happy gardeners growing their crops and saving natural gas!

We applied analyzers from Sick, Servomex and Michell. In addition, we integrated analyzers in a MIAK solution for an outdoor installation. The biggest advantage of this solution is that the analyzers are very accessible for service work.

The analyzers measure the CO2 component using infrared spectroscopy. For the determination of CxHy we have applied an FID. We determine oxygen and the dew point electrochemically in this application.
