LaserCEMS

LaserCEMS – Continuous Emission Monitor System

With this OFCEAS laser laserCEMS from AP2E, Durag has added a unique product to the Durag group. This laser CEMS is a multi-gas analyzer for the most important parameters that are often required for a CEMS.

What are CEMS and why are they needed?

A continuous emission monitoring system (CEMs) is the analytical equipment needed to determine a gas concentration or emission value of pollutants. The government determines whether a company or organization must continuously report the Emission value. There are certain requirements and standards for this report. This laserCEMS complies with the required standards: EN 15267-3 : 2008 and QAL 1 the EN 14181.

LaserCEMS – advantages

Thanks to the new technology, this system has a number of unique properties that enable lower emission limits for the future with CEMS. The response time is very low and there is no zero drift.

Main advantages LaserCEMS

The main features of this laserCEMS:

  • Low measurement ranges and low detection limit (ppb)
  • Complete for calibrated laser infrared spectrometer
  • Very low detection limits
  • Without optical moving parts
  • No zero drift and no range drift – no daily calibration required
  • No nitrogen, no air, purge or other carrier gas required
  • Ppb to % reading
  • Low maintenance costs
  • Multigas analyzer (NO, SO2, CO, HCl, CO2, NH3, H20, 02, CO2, NO2, HF)
