Thermal Shut-off Valve

Thermal shut-off valve Manvia

For process analyzers and similar instrumentation, it is important to assure that the process sample fluids are always below the maximum allowable temperature for such
instruments, for it sample coolers are commonly used to reduce sample temperatures to theacceptable limits.
In the event of a loss of cooling fluid to the sample cooler, or if the desired sample temperature is exceeded the operating temperature 49°C (120ºF).

The thermal actuatormodulates the valve to close the inlet orifice to prevent equipment damage.
It can incorporate a switch to send an alarm when it has been triggered

In addition to the thermal switches from Manvia / JCT, we also have many SWAS products from JCT / Manvia. We also have temperature switches, Cation tubes, sample probes.

Please also look on our website for analysers that can be used for a SWAS panel like pH and Conductivity.
