Degassed Cation Conductivity
Degassed Cation Conductivity Manvia
After the sample has been brought to the boil and all the gas has dissolved, it is cooled to 25-35 °C, and then the treated sample is placed in a conductivity measuring cell. Atmospheric pressure compensation of the boiling point is performed automatically to ensure correct sample degassing with minimal energy waste.
Degassed cation conductivity is an important parameter for the boiler and turbine. Most turbine manufacturers have specified that the value of cation conductivity in the steam must be below a certain conductivity limit (less than 0.5 μS/cm) to prevent damage to the turbine.
Manvia, our supplier, has various solutions in the field of water panels or Swas panels. Special analyzers such as Silica, Hydrazine, Sodium and Dissolved Oxygen can also be added here
